Key Responsibilities:

Greet and escort VIP guests upon arrival and departure, offering a warm welcome
Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences, managing guest luggage and requests
Coordinate dining, spa, transportation, and other guest services tailored to individual preferences
Maintain detailed guest profiles including preferences and special requests
Collaborate with departments for seamless service delivery
Prepare guest rooms with personalized amenities
Respond promptly to guest inquiries with professionalism
Uphold guest confidentiality and security standards
Demonstrate knowledge and respect for local customs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
Strong command of English; basic Arabic preferred
Excellent grooming and communication skills
Organizational abilities and multitasking skills
Knowledge of Butler service standards preferred
Professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work various shifts
Understanding of Middle Eastern hospitality standards
