About the Role:
As a Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining professional communication with customers and assisting in day-to-day operations. You will be the voice of our company, requiring a proactive, dependable, and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Communicate offers, targets, and processes clearly to customers.
• Adhere to approved scripts and communication guidelines.
• Record accurate call notes and update internal systems consistently.
• Report customer feedback transparently and ensure follow-up until resolution.
• Provide cross-functional support to other departments as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in Arabic, with basic English communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in basic Excel and system navigation.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.

Receiving customer calls and messages and responding to them in a professional and courteous manner. Handling complaints and inquiries efficiently, solving problems, or forwarding them to the relevant department when needed. Providing accurate and clear information about products, services, or current offers. Recording details of messages, calls, and requests in the electronic system accurately. Following up on customer requests to ensure they are resolved within the specified time. Adhering to company policies and procedures and quality standards in dealing with customers. Working as a team to achieve the center's goals and performance indicators. Participating in training courses to improve skills and knowledge of products and services.
