About the Role:
As a Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining professional communication with customers and assisting in day-to-day operations. You will be the voice of our company, requiring a proactive, dependable, and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Communicate offers, targets, and processes clearly to customers.
  • Adhere to approved scripts and communication guidelines.
  • Record accurate call notes and update internal systems consistently.
  • Report customer feedback transparently and ensure follow-up until resolution.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other departments as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Fluent in Arabic, with basic English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic Excel and system navigation.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
