Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Communicate offers, targets, and processes clearly to customers.
- Adhere to approved scripts and communication guidelines.
- Record accurate call notes and update internal systems consistently.
- Report customer feedback transparently and ensure follow-up until resolution.
- Provide cross-functional support to other departments as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in Arabic, with basic English communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic Excel and system navigation.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous call center experience is a plus.

- Requires 2-5 Years experience
