Providing accurate and clear information about products, services, or current offers. Recording details of messages, calls, and requests in the electronic system accurately. Following up on customer requests to ensure they are resolved within the specified time. Adhering to company policies and procedures and quality standards in dealing with customers. Working as a team to achieve the center's goals and performance indicators. Participating in training courses to improve skills and knowledge of products and services.
