Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (Jeddah)

The Arkan Educational Solutions office in Jeddah announces the availability of a job opening for a Customer Service Representative, to assist students wishing to study abroad, especially in study and work programs in Germany, and to provide them with academic admissions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with students interested in studying abroad and providing the necessary consultations.

• Following up on applications and coordinating admission procedures for studying or working in Germany.

• Convincing students to join the educational programs offered.

• Updating student data continuously and following up on the status of applications.

• Contributing to the development and improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements:

• The applicant must be a resident of the city of Jeddah.

• Proven experience in customer service or sales.

• Strong persuasion skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

• Tact and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage time and work under pressure.

Job Purpose:
To receive and manage customer calls for various purposes, including inquiries and complaints, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, adhering to service quality indicators.
• Handle daily inbound calls, register complaints, and forward them to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Manage call durations efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Provide high-quality service that meets customer needs and enhances satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
