1. Job Summary:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with patients, assisting them with appointment bookings, providing service information, and addressing general inquiries. The role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to enhancing the patient experience.

- Meet daily performance targets such as call volume and satisfaction scores.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data privacy standards.
3. Education / Professional Qualifications:

4. Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Arabic; English is a plus.
- Ability to utilize computer systems and scheduling tools.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
