1. Job Summary:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with patients, assisting them with appointment bookings, providing service information, and addressing general inquiries. The role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to enhancing the patient experience.

2. Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming patient calls in a professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments.
• Accurately book appointments in accordance with clinic policies.
• Document all relevant information during or after each call.
• Handle patient complaints following established procedures.
• Meet daily performance targets such as call volume and satisfaction scores.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data privacy standards.

3. Education / Professional Qualifications:
High school diploma required; a diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous call center or customer service experience is advantageous.

4. Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Arabic; English is a plus.
• Ability to utilize computer systems and scheduling tools.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Job Purpose:
To receive and manage customer calls for various purposes, including inquiries and complaints, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, adhering to service quality indicators.
• Handle daily inbound calls, register complaints, and forward them to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Manage call durations efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Provide high-quality service that meets customer needs and enhances satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Customer service requires more than one year of experience in the recruitment field.
