Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
  • Provide informed assistance and guidance on service requirements.
  • Utilize CRM tools and ticketing systems to log and manage customer interactions.
  • Assess customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions.
  • Manage difficult conversations and ensure positive customer experiences.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi nationals with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive aftersales, with hands-on knowledge of automotive service processes.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
