As a Cashier, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
    • Assist customers with questions about products, prices, and store policies.
    • Process customer payments accurately using various payment methods (cash, credit cards, debit cards).
    • Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges.
    • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Operate the cash register and balance the drawer at the end of each shift.
    • Follow all cash handling procedures to prevent theft and errors.
    • Complete daily deposits.
