About the Commercial Manager Role
Scan Tool Line Trading Est., the exclusive distributor and representative of leading international automotive brands in lubricants, fuel additives, and car care products, is seeking a commercially driven leader to join our team as a Commercial Manager. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for driving growth, expanding our distribution network, and strengthening our market presence across the Kingdom.
Role Overview and Objectives
As a Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve significant revenue growth and market penetration within Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy and growth plans.
- Expand distribution channels and increase market penetration across Saudi Arabia.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into measurable growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor commercial performance, profitability, market share, and key business metrics.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, distribution, or commercial management, including demonstrable leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and successfully expanding distribution networks.
- Strong experience in managing distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Possession of a valid driving license and a willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and performance management tools.
- Experience with automotive lubricants, fuel additives, car care products, the automotive aftermarket, and spare parts distribution is highly preferred.
Work Location and Additional Information
