About the Role
As a Commercial Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to oversee Gulf trade exports, backhaul shipments, freight pricing, and vessel space optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cargo Pricing:
    • Manage pricing for outbound services via calls and emails.
    • Ensure RFAs/PMTs are accurately filed per agreed terms.
    • Review customer requests for free time and other commercial considerations.
    • Investigate and validate FCAs.
  • Vessel Space Management:
    • Optimize space allocation on assigned vessels for maximum utilization.
    • Track performance on space usage and coordinate service changes.
    • Monitor REEFER container utilization.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Prepare and generate weekly space utilization reports.
    • Assist with quotations for tender accounts.
    • Liaise with DG Desk for Non-DG status confirmation.

Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial shipping or trade operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
