Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:

  • Welcoming customers in a professional manner.

  • Introducing products and answering customer inquiries.

  • Completing sales transactions according to approved policies.

  • Providing post-sale service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Cashier Management:

  • Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system and processing cash and electronic payments.

  • Issuing invoices and accurately recording transactions.

  • Reconciling cash with daily reports.

• Marketing and Display:

  • Arranging and organizing the exhibition in accordance with the brand identity.

  • Participating in in-store promotional campaigns (offers, brochures, samples).

  • Contributing to increasing sales and achieving monthly targets.

• Inventory and Stock Management:

  • Participating in the regular inventory of products.

  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or surpluses.

  • Ensuring the validity and expiration dates of displayed products.
