As a Receptionist / Executive Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communications both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and manage the calendar for the General Manager.
  • Document meeting minutes efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, agendas, and memos.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries for the General Manager.
  • Research and compile market research information to present to management.
  • Coordinate team-building exercises and activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns for the business.
  • Welcome customers, suppliers, and guests to the facility.
  • Coordinate lunches, dinners, and social events.
  • Serve as the liaison between the General Manager and internal/external partners.
  • Track information such as projects, vacations, priorities, and tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in marketing.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
