Guest Reception: Welcoming guests upon their arrival at the hotel and providing basic information about available services. Check-in and Check-out: Checking in guests and assisting them with the check-out procedures upon completion of their stay. Reservation Management: Verifying reservations and ensuring suitable rooms are available for guests. Answering Phone Calls: Responding to guests' calls and providing information related to bookings and services. Payment Management: Handling payments upon arrival or departure, and providing invoices upon request. Dealing with Guest Complaints: Listening to guests' complaints and working to resolve any issues or inquiries. Coordinating Internal Services: Coordinating with other departments in the hotel, such as cleaning and maintenance, to ensure good service delivery. Preparing Daily Reports: Providing daily reports on the number of reserved rooms, arriving and departing guests. Assisting Guests with Special Requests: Catering to guests' needs.
