We are looking for a receptionist to join a luxury spa in Jeddah (Al-Khalidiya district). The applicant must have a polite demeanor, a professional appearance, and a high ability to deal with customers and provide an upscale reception experience that aligns with the spa's identity. Job Responsibilities: - Welcoming customers in a professional manner. - Managing bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups through the system. - Responding to phone inquiries and WhatsApp messages. - Coordinating client arrivals and departures and organizing the therapists' schedule. - Handling payments, service bills, and updating customer records. - Ensuring the cleanliness of the reception area and providing a comfortable atmosphere for guests. - Collaborating with the team to ensure a distinguished customer experience from the first moment until departure. - Dealing with any feedback or complaints in a polite and effective manner. Working hours: 8 hours daily. Vacation: One day a week. Work environment: Elegant, organized, and provides training upon joining and opportunities for career development. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in spas, hotels, or customer service.
