Retal Urban Development is seeking a highly organized and personable individual to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors in our Jeddah office.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information.
  • Manage the reception area to keep it organized and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
