We are looking for a dedicated professional to implement and monitor cost collection, analysis, and recording processes to ensure the accuracy of financial data and support management in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect cost data from all departments (Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Human Resources).
  • Classify costs into direct and indirect, fixed and variable.
  • Analyze actual costs and compare them with estimated or standard costs.
  • Prepare periodic cost reports and submit recommendations to management.
  • Participate in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Review expense documents and invoices to ensure cost accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor inventory and calculate the actual cost of goods.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of cost data.
  • Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Record and analyze data using accounting systems (Excel or ERP).

Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good knowledge of accounting systems and inventory management.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and prepare reports.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in cost management within the restaurant industry.
