We are seeking a skilled Costing Engineer for our Steel Foundry & Iron Casting Project located in Jeddah, KSA. In this vital role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates and collaborate closely with various departments to drive budgeting, quoting, and cost control initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost calculations for new and existing products, covering raw materials, labor, tooling, and overheads. Estimate costs for foundry processes, including pattern making and machining.
• Quotation Support: Work with sales and technical teams to prepare competitive quotations. Analyze different production scenarios to provide cost-effective solutions.
• Cost Analysis: Identify variances between estimated and actual costs, monitoring production costs for inefficiencies or savings.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with engineering and procurement teams to align on specifications and pricing.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all cost calculations and generate reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in costing, preferably in a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of foundry operations and proficient in cost modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
