Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Barakah, you will assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
  • Addressing product questions
  • Resolving complaints
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Providing support to improve customer loyalty
Although this is a remote-type position, the candidate must be based in Jeddah for continued training purposes, where you will collaborate closely with the team to meet customer needs effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in Industrial Engineering.

  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (IFS or SAP is desirable).
