Your Responsibilities:
  • Callout Handling:
    Manage various types of contacts including alarm calls and customer queries. Ensure timely dispatch and follow-up on incidents. Provide safety instructions and support supervisors in resolving open cases.
  • Inbound Communication:
    Resolve queries and complaints, ensuring timely communication of resolutions to customers.
  • Outbound Call Handling:
    Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and support local marketing initiatives.
  • 24/7 Service Monitoring:
    Monitor customer service operations ensuring availability and responsiveness across shifts.

Are You the Right Fit?
We seek candidates with a Bachelor or Diploma degree, minimum two years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. You should be a motivated, goal-oriented individual with a focus on customer service.
