Join our team as a Customs Clearance Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient clearance of imported and exported shipments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customs Clearance Procedures: Execute customs clearance procedures for both imported and exported shipments efficiently.
  • Document Review: Verify the accuracy of various documents, including commercial invoices and shipping bills, ensuring compliance with actual goods.
  • Coordination with Government Authorities: Work closely with tax and customs authorities to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track the status of shipments until they are cleared.
  • Customs Duties Accounting: Estimate and inform clients about customs duties and taxes.
  • Coordination with Transport and Logistics: Ensure seamless delivery of shipments post-clearance.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare reports on cleared shipments and paid duties, as well as pending transactions.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in customs clearance or logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
  • Mid-career level.
