Job Summary:
The Executive Secretary will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and meticulous handling of confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare management documents including presentations and reports.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and management commitments.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support general office administration and undertake special assignments.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial records, preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements, and managing audit and tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, including posting accruals and adjusting journal entries.
  • Maintain and review the general ledger and chart of accounts within Matrix ERP.
  • Coordinate and prepare all documentation required for external audits.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
