The Executive Secretary will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and meticulous handling of confidential information.

Job Summary:
The Executive Secretary will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and meticulous handling of confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organize meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare management documents including presentations and reports.
- Follow up on pending tasks and management commitments.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and external stakeholders as required.
- Support general office administration and undertake special assignments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
