Join Our Team as a Finance & Administration Manager
Are you a finance leader with a passion for operational excellence in the dynamic Food & Beverage sector? We are looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations and administrative support for a growing multi-branch restaurant/retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee daily accounting operations (payables, receivables, cash flow, reconciliations).
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
    • Monitor P&L by branch/category and provide variance analysis and commentary.
    • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for outlets and corporate.
    • Track sales, cash deposits, and reconcile POS (Foodics) data with NetSuite.
    • Drive cost control initiatives: food cost, labor cost, wastage & shrinkage.
    • Supervise payroll accounting and end-of-service provisions.
  • ERP & POS Integration (Foodics + NetSuite):
    • Ensure seamless integration between POS and Oracle NetSuite ERP for revenue, inventory, and payments.
    • Validate daily sync logs and resolve discrepancies.
    • Design and implement tailored financial workflows (COGS, kitchen production, recipe costing).
    • Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance automation.
    • Develop KPI dashboards via NetSuite for management reporting.
  • Inventory & Cost Control:
    • Implement robust stock control procedures across outlets and central kitchen.
    • Review actual vs. theoretical consumption reports and investigate variances.
    • Approve inventory transfers, adjustments, and write-offs.
    • Monitor procurement cycle and supplier reconciliations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in finance roles within the F&B or retail sector (multi-branch).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred), and POS systems (*, Foodics).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage external vendors.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • A minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5-6 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and contract management within a large or complex organization.
  • Expertise in financial control, cost analysis, and budget optimization.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management, encompassing drafting, evaluation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
