Job Title: General Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Accurate recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Conducting monthly bank reconciliations to ensure record accuracy.
• Preparation and submission of financial reports to senior management.
• Monitoring expenses and revenues to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international financial laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with external auditors during audit processes.
• Providing financial advice to management regarding investment strategies.
• Developing and improving internal accounting processes.
• Training and mentoring new employees in the accounting department.

Preferred Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of taxation and financial laws.
• Willingness to learn and continuous professional development.

A strong understanding of general accounting and industrial accounting principles, including calculating production costs, determining cost prices, and analyzing the differences between actual costs and planned costs. Capable of analyzing the financial data of the factory, such as production data, cost data, and budget data, to determine the strengths and weaknesses in the factory's financial performance. Capable of preparing accurate and reliable financial reports. Able to effectively communicate with management and staff in the factory and suppliers to clarify the factory's financial data and provide recommendations to improve the factory's financial performance. Responsible for preparing financial reports at specified intervals. The accountant should be well acquainted with financial and tax systems and regulations, and capable of using various accounting software.

I need an accountant working from 9 AM to 1 PM in the morning period and from 5 PM to 10 PM. The nature of the work includes entering invoices, reconciling account statements for supply companies, and closing the daily sales cash register with the cashier, entering receipts and adjusting accounts from banks and expenses.
