As a Receptionist at Rosewood Jeddah, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they step into our hotel. Your warm welcome and attention to detail will set the tone for their stay in one of the most prestigious hotels in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, utilizing it only as intended.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
