We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage and support all HR operations to ensure a smooth workflow across departments. You will play a vital role in managing recruitment, government relations, and employee services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad, ensuring full compliance with regulations and labor laws.
  • Prepare and update employee records, contracts, and official documents.
  • Maintain effective communication between HR and other departments to resolve employee issues promptly.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and official correspondences.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
