In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager (GM) and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

A Day in the Life:
- Manage assets, supplies, files and documents for the GM's office.
- Organize bookings and reservations for internal and external business visits, training, and meetings.
- Attend meetings as directed by the GM, assisting with minutes if required.
- Handle annual gifting for VIP stakeholders, coordinating sending and receiving of correspondence.
- Type official documents and letters in English as needed.
- Consolidate commercial reports and follow up with stakeholders.
- Liaison with official institutions and manage PR gifts and cards for VIP customers and bodies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage T&E policy.

What Will Make You Successful:
- A university degree and 2-3 years of experience in administrative or support services.
