A specialist in Human Resources Operations is required to work in a human resources support services company, with at least one year of experience in the field of human resources and holding a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or equivalent. The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and under pressure, with proficiency in both Arabic and English in writing and conversation. The main responsibilities include:


• Managing recruitment, hiring, and termination processes

• Following up on employee affairs such as leaves, benefits, and health insurance

• Preparing and updating policies and procedures related to human resources

• Managing payroll, compensation, and benefits systems

• Organizing and implementing training and career development programs

• Preparing periodic reports related to the performance of human resources

• Coordinating with government agencies regarding labor affairs

• Contributing to the development and improvement of the work environment and organizational culture


The age should not exceed 30 years

Located in Jeddah
