Iqna'a Real Estate Company announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of IT Technician, to join the team and support the technical and operational infrastructure of the company.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to users of systems and devices within the company.
  • Maintenance of computers, printers, networks, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Monitoring attendance and departure systems and the associated devices.
  • Managing user accounts on internal systems (such as ERP / Odoo).
  • Supporting the integration of devices and various systems.
  • Coordinating with service providers when needed.
  • Contributing to the improvement of the efficiency of the information technology infrastructure.

Conditions and Requirements:
  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Practical experience of at least one year in technical support.
  • Good knowledge of networks, devices, and operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with users.

  • Monthly salary ranging from 5,000 to 6,000 Saudi Riyals (determined after the interview).
