Join HALA Supply Chain Services as an IT Support Technician!
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in Jeddah. This role is essential for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our end-users, ensuring that our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to support tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in the setup of new users, accounts, and access permissions.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365, email systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, including troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues.
  • Ensure data backups and recovery processes are functioning properly.
  • Maintain IT documentation including procedures, configurations, and user guides.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
  • Support cybersecurity measures by monitoring system security and applying updates.
  • Train and guide end-users on IT systems, best practices, and tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems and remote desktop tools.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL Foundation.
