We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in Jeddah. This role is essential for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our end-users, ensuring that our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in Jeddah. This role is essential for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our end-users, ensuring that our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to support tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in the setup of new users, accounts, and access permissions.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365, email systems, and collaboration tools.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity, including troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues.
- Ensure data backups and recovery processes are functioning properly.
- Maintain IT documentation including procedures, configurations, and user guides.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
- Support cybersecurity measures by monitoring system security and applying updates.
- Train and guide end-users on IT systems, best practices, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking.
- Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and remote desktop tools.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL Foundation.
Requirements
