We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal advice and support across our diverse business units, including construction, real estate, education, and health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts in both Arabic and English.
  • Compliance and Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to all applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide timely legal advice to senior management on issues including corporate structuring and HR-related matters.
  • Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Oversee all litigation matters and work closely with external counsel when necessary.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree required; Master of Laws (LLM) is a plus.
  • 810 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in the construction and real estate industries is essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian laws, particularly in commercial and labor law.

  • Understanding of customs clearance and the Fasah system.
