Job Title: Recreational Center Supervisor (Bowling)

Job Objective:

Supervising the operation of the bowling center and ensuring a safe and enjoyable recreational experience for visitors, by managing the team, maintaining service quality, monitoring maintenance, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Supervising Daily Operations:

   • Organizing the work schedule and monitoring employee compliance.

   • Ensuring the efficient operation of all bowling lanes and other facilities.

   • Continuously monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hall and equipment.

2. Customer Service:

   • Welcoming visitors and ensuring their satisfaction.

   • Handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.

   • Supervising group reservations and special events.

3. Team Management:

   • Training and guiding new employees.

   • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback for improvement.

   • Promoting a positive and motivational work environment.

4. Maintenance and Safety:

   • Monitoring periodic maintenance of equipment in coordination with technicians.

   • Ensuring the implementation of health and safety standards.

   • Reporting any malfunctions or potential hazards.

5. Administrative Aspects:

   • Preparing daily/weekly reports on hall performance and revenues.

   • Controlling inventory of balls, shoes, and other supplies.

   • Implementing operational policies and monitoring compliance with them.
