Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive traditional and digital marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, commercial awareness, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Manage and optimize annual marketing budgets.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging.
• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including social media and website management.
• Lead content creation initiatives including videos, brochures, and newsletters.
• Organize events, activations, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with media partners, agencies, and influencers.
• Analyze customer insights and campaign performance reports.

Job Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or marketing certifications (*, CIM, Digital Marketing) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in marketing management (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
• Experience in retail, lifestyle, or fashion industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi consumer trends and marketing channels.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent command of Arabic & English.

About the role:
The Accommodation team at ***** is dedicated to driving the growth and success of our global accommodation business. This role is primarily focused on the Saudi Arabia market, supporting overall business development in the region. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our portfolio of hotel partners, enhancing inventory coverage, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand inventory coverage for a portfolio of hotel partners in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, the competitive landscape, and opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop destinations, organize destination workshops, and attend industry exhibitions as required.
• Take end-to-end ownership of new hotel acquisitions and existing hotel account management.
• Actively identify high-potential prospect partners and lead the contracting process.
• Maintain and enhance existing partnerships, monitor performance, provide ongoing support, and grow revenue within the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure hotel content, rates, availability, and products are aligned with company objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with operations team and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting business performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or revenue/yield management within the online travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• A team player with a driven, "get it done" attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong learning agility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
