As a marketing leader, you will focus on understanding customer needs while delivering impactful communication to enhance the shopping experience.

Purpose of Job:
You will lead the marketing agenda in the local market by translating customer insights into effective, brand-aligned strategies that drive traffic and support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key member of the store management team, responsible for shaping commercial strategy and improving customer experience.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies based on customer insights and competitor analysis.
  • Plan traffic-driving campaigns and store-level promotions to support sales growth.
  • Manage media activities across digital platforms, ensuring cost-efficient reach and strong impact.
  • Drive membership and CRM activities to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all in-store touch points.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Design, Operations, and E-commerce teams for integrated communication.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs for optimization.
  • Manage the store marketing budget while ensuring forecasting accuracy and cost efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer sectors.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with Saudi consumer behavior and media landscape is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

About the role:

This role is primarily focused on the Saudi Arabia market, supporting overall business development in the region.
