Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi market. The role focuses on building brand awareness, managing campaigns, and driving engagement across digital and traditional channels while ensuring alignment with local culture and regulations. The applicant must be living in Jeddah.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, website) and selected traditional media.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the Saudi market.
  • Develop and manage content and promotional materials (posts, brochures, email templates, and presentations) consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to generate and qualify leads through campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Maintain and update CRM records (Leads, Accounts, Contacts) to ensure data accuracy and effective lead tracking.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly newsletters highlighting company achievements, case studies, and service updates.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign results and support projects’ performance analysis, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Organize and promote events (traditional and online) including invitations, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Design and prepare marketing materials (emails, flyers, wallpapers, roll-ups, and tags) in collaboration with the design team.
  • Develop customer case studies and testimonials to showcase successful projects and strengthen brand credibility.
  • Assist in handling customer feedback and service evaluations in coordination with the support team.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with Saudi regulations and cultural norms.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Understanding of Saudi consumer behavior and local advertising regulations is a plus.
