Join Hilti as a Marketing Specialist! We are a global leader in construction innovation, and we are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to serve as the interface between the Subregion Gulf and the Marketing HUB, coordinating and localizing regional marketing activities.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the first contact point for support on ET&A products and handle technical inquiries from Hilti Sales teams.
  • Manage the local product portfolio for BA ET&A, including creating products in Product Data Publishing (PDP) for HOL presence.
  • Work with Logistics and HUB Marketing to minimize obsolescence and manage special item requests from sales teams.
  • Prepare local waves and support product introduction stages with the HUB Marketing team.
  • Organize local sales campaigns and events while monitoring the competitive landscape.
  • Investigate customer product complaints and gather necessary information for resolution.
  • Support the Regional Training team with hands-on sessions for new joiners.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong experience in content creation and campaign development.
  • Ability to support and execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems for marketing or sales operations (preferred).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
