Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to help drive the success of our campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. In this role, you’ll develop and manage marketing strategies that generate leads, build awareness, and deliver measurable results. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams to analyze campaign performance, bringing both creativity and data-driven thinking to the table.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing activities for the country portfolio, including product optimization and new development.
  • Manage the P&L of the assigned portfolio and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and product initiatives across the MENA region.
  • Conduct market research and analyze KPIs to evaluate success.
  • Monitor current market trends to develop effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create impactful marketing content.
  • Analyze ongoing campaigns and prepare detailed reports on key metrics.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar market and role.
  • Proven experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficiency with content management systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Lead product launches and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate on messaging and materials with content and design teams.
  • Report on key metrics like lead generation and engagement.
