Major Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored social media strategies that align with clients' business goals and target demographics.
  • Content Planning & Creation: Create engaging visuals, captions, and videos that maintain brand consistency.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring delivery on performance metrics.
  • Community Engagement: Actively manage daily interactions on client accounts, enhancing engagement and loyalty.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), compile reports, and offer optimization insights.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to keep content fresh.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Manage partnerships with influencers that complement campaign goals.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Plan and optimize paid advertising across various platforms including Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Monitor client reputations and address any risks professionally.
  • Competitor Analysis: Examine competitor activities to uncover growth and differentiation opportunities.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve strategies for better engagement and ROI.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
