We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead and deliver large-scale pumping operations, including district cooling flushing, pipeline flooding, hydrotesting, and high-volume water transfer for oil & gas and unconventional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational planning and execution for multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure HSE compliance and cost control across all operations.
• Coordinate with clients to meet their project requirements effectively.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15+ years of experience in pumping, dewatering, water transfer, or pipeline operations.
• Proven leadership in district cooling flushing, pipeline flooding & hydrotesting, and oil & gas water transfer projects.
• Strong experience in the Saudi Arabia / Middle East markets.
• Solid understanding of pumping systems, pipelines, flow control, and pressure testing.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting unconventional oil & gas / fracking projects.
• Prior operations management role with P&L or cost accountability.
• Strong client-facing and coordination skills.
