We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department and drive innovation in our menu offerings. You will manage pastry production schedules, ensure quality standards, and implement waste reduction initiatives. Your expertise will help in developing new pastry creations that align with market trends and customer preferences.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and optimize output while minimizing waste.
  • Implement strategic procurement practices to sustain food costs.
  • Drive innovation in menu offerings by analyzing ingredients and trends.
  • Lead and mentor pastry team members.
  • Ensure food safety compliance and resolve operational challenges proactively.

Qualifications:
