Join Gulfmaid as a Production Supervisor
Gulfmaid®, established in 1965, is a leading plastic manufacturer in Saudi Arabia with over 60 years of experience, specializing in high-quality, ISO-certified products across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to the production plan.
  • Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor output, cycle times, material usage, and overall performance.
  • Oversee mold/die changeovers and ensure proper setup.
  • Adjust machine parameters to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to operators/technicians and resolve minor machine issues.
  • Ensure product quality and correct raw material usage.
  • Prepare daily reports on production, downtime, waste, and manpower.

Required Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in plastics, packaging, or pipe manufacturing (mandatory).

Skills Needed:
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (thermoforming).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and documents.
  • Experience with Battenfeld & Amut extruders.
  • Knowledge of PVC, CPVC, PPR materials; sizes from * inch to 8 inches.

Qualifications:
  • Technical Diploma in Plastic Technology or related field.
