Your role is pivotal in assuring that our production processes achieve the highest level of productivity while meeting efficiency standards.

Position Snapshot:
- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Department: Production
- Reports To: Production Manager
- Employment Type: Full-Time

A Day in the Life:
  • Oversee that all machines are functioning correctly and meeting production standards.
  • Report mechanical issues to ensure timely repairs.
  • Facilitate information exchange to align with production objectives.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and encourage safety reporting.
  • Manage daily schedules, providing necessary guidance and support to employees.
  • Ensure continuous workflow of production activities without delays.
  • Report any deviations or issues to management promptly.

What Will Make You Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar production role.
  • Demonstrated capability in line management and employee training.
  • Experience with continuous improvement techniques such as NCE/TPM.
