Position Overview:
As a Production Supervisor at Nestlé Waters, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of productivity in the efficient manufacturing of our renowned bottled water brands in Saudi Arabia. You'll supervise a dedicated team, maintain safety standards, and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure machines are operating efficiently and meeting production standards.
  • Report mechanical issues swiftly to maintain production flow.
  • Facilitate effective communication regarding production targets and performance improvements.
  • Promote a safe working environment, adhering to safety laws to strive for zero accidents.
  • Manage daily schedules and oversee employee relations and policy implementation.
  • Provide guidance to staff and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support the transfer of knowledge and assist in workflow management for production activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar production role.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Exposure to Maintenance, Quality, and Safety functions.
  • Experience with continuous improvement techniques and production scheduling.
