Join our team as a Purchasing Representative!
The Purchasing Representative plays a critical role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to find suitable vendors to purchase items that meet our operational needs at the best value regarding quality and cost.
Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential suppliers, comparing prices and quality to obtain the best quotes.
  • Prepare and issue purchasing orders (POs) and requisitions.
  • Monitor stock levels to determine needs and ensure optimal inventory without over-purchasing.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive, long-term relationships with vendors.
  • Verify deliveries against orders, track shipments, and resolve issues with non-supplied, damaged, or incorrect goods.
  • Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High school education or above.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
