At إبراق | IBRAQ, we pride ourselves on being the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression while guiding individuals to their appropriate destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors professionally and announce their arrival to the relevant staff.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages and handling inquiries via phone or email.
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Handle meeting room bookings and manage calendars.
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a clean reception area.
  • Monitor building access, issue visitor badges, and keep a log of visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures at all times.
  • Support the manager with any other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven 1-2 years in a similar role.

Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep tasks and the reception area orderly.
  • Professional handling of incoming calls and other communication.
