We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage comprehensive recruitment processes at our office in Jeddah. You will play a vital role in supporting our hiring needs by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and job offers.
  • Coordinate with managers to determine hiring needs.
  • Maintain a candidate database and support the onboarding process.
  • Apply local and overseas recruitment procedures as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
