As a Project Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting effective project governance and enhancing reporting processes. As a Project Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting effective project governance and enhancing reporting processes. Your efforts will drive the standardization of project management practices to ensure project execution aligns with organizational objectives. You will collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to improve overall project efficiency and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining PMO processes and standards.
- Support tailored development, monitoring, and reporting of strategic projects.
- Monitor project performance, track metrics, and prepare detailed management and stakeholder reports.
- Ensure compliance with project management frameworks and policies across the project portfolio.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
- Support project managers with risk management, issue resolution, and resource planning.
- Facilitate and document project meetings, track action items, and ensure completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives.
- Continuously improve PMO processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, PMO, or related roles.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of performing under pressure.
