- Able to work collaboratively with real estate professionals and independently on-site.
- Familiarity with valuation regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Certification from the Saudi Authority for Certified Valuers is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
