• Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair chillers and package units.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with the site team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/certification in Engineering, specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Proven experience in chiller and other industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• SCE Certificate.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, including posting accruals and adjusting journal entries.
• Maintain and review the general ledger and chart of accounts within Matrix ERP.
• Coordinate and prepare all documentation required for external audits.
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure accounting processes adhere to IFRS and SOCPA standards.
• Prepare and file accurate monthly/quarterly VAT returns through the ZATCA e-services portal.
• Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Prepare corporate financial statements for management review.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (SOCPA/CPA).
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance roles, preferably in real estate.
• Proficient in Matrix ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
• High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote our services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends.
• Prepare impactful sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate client records and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.

• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Excellent market research, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Able to work independently while striving to meet targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Previous experience in operation and maintenance services is advantageous.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing desirable.
