About Baazeem Trading Company

Baazeem Trading Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales operations across the assigned region in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, focusing on driving sales performance and market coverage across key trade channels.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on achieving sales and profitability targets. This role involves developing high-performing sales teams, expanding market presence, and cultivating strong relationships with key customers across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive sales growth across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and major accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned region.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, implementing corrective actions when required.
  • Coordinate with Category, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, evaluate execution, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing sales teams across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and distribution network.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned region to support sales teams and engage with customers.
